Clean Energy Global Product Range

Areas of application: Peak shaving, self-consumption optimisation, UPS, off-grid, micro-grid, grid services, forecast-based charging with solar and wind power and consumption, direct marketing (primary control energy, secondary control energy) or fast-charging battery buffering.

Battery systems depicted are Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP): from 5 kWh units to 1-2 MWh container.
(1) Safest cell chemistry: lithium iron phosphate is the safest lithium battery cell chemistry with no risk of thermal runaway like, for example, nickel-manganese-cobalt (NMC) battery cell chemistry.
(2) No use of cobalt: Lithium iron sulphate battery cell chemistry comes without polluting cobalt.
(3) High cycle strength: with up to10,000 cycles of fully charging & discharging the battery cell chemistry to 70% of the capacity (SOH), compared to max. 3,000 NMC (nickel-manganese-cobalt) cells.
(4) High temperature resistance: LFP battery chemistry operates from -20 to +50 degrees.
(5) Full cycle usage: The charge cycle goes from 0 to 100% capacity without memory effect and low sensitivity to deep discharge compared to NMC chemistry, which has to be between 10% and 90%.

(A) Clean Energy Link IoT Module LTE-M 4G with in-house developed hard- and software from Clean Energy Global transmits real-time battery CAN data via cellular, WLAN, LAN or Blue-Tooth to control and manage batteries with sensors for GPS, heat, humidity, pressure and shock. Delivery time is 14 days after receipt of order.

(B) Clean Energy Wall with 5 kWh or 10 kWh including Clean Energy Inverter for 3 or 6 kW.  The Clean Energy Walls offer significantly lower costs per stored kilowatt hour (kWh) by renting and scaling from 5 – 75 / 10 -150 kWh according to demand. Clean Energy Inverter is an inverter for 48 Volt batteries: 3 kW is a 48 Volt DC to 230 Volt AC power and 6 kW to 400 Volt AC power.

(C) Clean Energy Cabinet with 75 to 300 kWh with Clean Energy Link IoT Module LTE-M 4G.  Overall ESS solution, integrating battery, BMS, PCS, air conditioning, fire protection and circuit breaker all in one outdoor cabinet. On the right side depicted is, for example, a 150 kWh/100 kW as well as a 125 kWh/60 kW battery cabinet.

(D) Clean Energy Container with 1-2 MWh Clean Energy Link IoT Module LTE-M 4G.  Overall ESS solution with inverter, integrating battery, BMS, PCS, air conditioning, fire protection and circuit breaker. Energy content
can range from 1 MWh to 2 MWh per container.

(E) Clean Energy Charger for 60-360 kW and 75 kWh-1 MWh Battery Cabinet / Container and optional 90% glas-glas solar wing port  for charging with 400 Volt grid with no grid invest with Clean Energy Link IoT Module LTE-M 4G.  DC charging power stack with 2 European standard DC terminals CCS2 (250A), 5m cable; OCPP protocol, IEC-61851 and IEC-62196 cert.
