Clean Energy Global GmbH – Twizy CEP conversion kit

CEG with booth at the IAA in Munich from 6. to 12.9.

Dear friends and investors of Clean Energy Global,

the Clean Energy Pack Prototypes 4 No. 2 and 3 have been completed and we are currently testing the Clean Energy Link IoT Module and the Energy Cloud Clean Energy Net in Berlin. Next week we will be able to hand both over to the e-converter. After the conversion of the L7e vehicle to Clean Energy Packs, photos and films will be taken, followed by the handover at the end of June / beginning of July. Many investors are waiting for the Series A round starting in July 2021. The next project is the conversion of a Renault Twizy to exchangeable smart Clean Energy Packs, which will be presented at the CEG stand at the IAA in Munich from 6 to 12 September. From next week, the possibility of reserving a Twizy Clean Energy Pack conversion kit will start on the CEG Slider.

We have split the previous Series A round into an ongoing Pre-Series A round up to €500,000 by the end of June and a Series A round from July 2021 with a doubled valuation of €30m pre-money with €10m for the 25%. The reason for this is the additional development of a small automatic battery exchange system: first for motorsport activities and then for transport needs. In July, all existing CEG shares are expected to double in value until the Series B round in summer 2022.

For crowdinvestors and business angels, we now also offer CEG peaked caps from an investment of €500. If you have already invested €500 or more and need a cap for the summer, please contact us.

The Chinese premium e-car manufacturer NIO is coming to Europe this year with Norway and from next year NIO battery exchange stations will be set up in Germany with the 3rd generation of large exchange battery packs – we are working on our 4th generation of the modular scalable smart battery module and are registering initial interest from German car manufacturers.

We are not allowed to comment on the outcome of the Telekom competition to make mobile phone masts CO2-free until the announcement at the end of June. We are using the time to participate in further competitions of Shell, Airbus and BMW as well as in a tender to make buildings CO2-free.

Last but not least, on Thursday 20 May, Clean Energy Global won 2nd place in the Nordpreneur Piitch competition with a Battery-as-a-Service pitch despite strong competition!

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.

With best regards from Berlin,

Yours, Clean Energy Global Team
